1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our website (https://lemo-tv.net) and/or purchasing any subscription or service from Lemo IPTV, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately stop using the website and services.

3. Service Description
Lemo IPTV provides internet-based television streaming services and on-demand content (the “Service”). The specific features, channel lists, devices supported, subscription plans, and any free trial or promotional offers will be described on our pricing page.
4. Subscription, Fees & Payment
You agree to pay the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and any additional charges for the Service in accordance with the plan you choose.
Payments must be made by the payment methods we accept at checkout (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
The Service begins upon receipt of payment and successful activation of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the Service if payment is not made, if there is suspected fraudulent activity, or if you breach these Terms.
5. Free Trial & Refunds
If a free trial or money-back guarantee is offered, the terms of that offer will be described at the time of registration. Unless otherwise stated, once the free/trial period expires or the service is activated, no refund will be given.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support email within the timeframe specified in the offer.
6. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for creating and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to share your account details with others unless permitted by your plan.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate your access to the Service (or any part thereof) without prior notice for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Any outstanding fees remain due.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Mexico.
